Brittany

Brittany has the longest coastline in France with some of the most
beautiful sandy beaches and resorts.

Brittany

The region has a rich cultural heritage and there’s a packed year-round calendar of festivals and events to enjoy making it an excellent destination for a visit any time of year.

Rennes, the Breton capital is a vibrant and youthful university town. The cobbled streets of the town centre are surrounded by half timbered houses, intimate alleyways and grand 18th century squares. The city is an exciting place to discover the region’s cultural life.

The old town of St Malo, surrounded by its giant granite ramparts offer great vistas over the bays and beaches as well as the bustling town within.

Quimper has a large historic centre with a huge Gothic cathedral with plenty to explore in the mostly pedestrianised cobbled streets and paved squares.

Perros-Guirec is a vibrant place in summer and starting point for a highly recommended walk along the coastal path to Ploumanac’h, alternatively take a boat trip out to the bird sanctuary on Sept Iles.

Carnac is known around the world for its fields of standing megaliths. There are over 3,000 stones that date from 4,000BC. The granite stones were erected where they were dug up which explains their differing sizes. Carnac-Plage is also a popular seaside resort with 5 sheltered sandy beaches.
